Our Hospitality and Tourism Management program involves you in an immersive and real-world education combining business management, cultural insights, and hands-on experience. Whether you’re studying global tourism trends or the art of creating memorable guest experiences, you’ll be gaining knowledge that matters. Over spring break, while many college students opted for rest and relaxation, Flagler College students packed their bags and headed north - not for vacation, but for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
A team of Hospitality and Tourism Management (HTM) students from Flagler College emerged victorious in the 2025 Lion’s Cage competition, impressing judges with their innovative business solution to a long-standing campus nuisance: parking availability.
In a departure from traditional capstone projects, two honors students from Flagler’s Hospitality & Tourism Management (HTM) program set a new precedent for collaborative academic endeavors at the College.
The Columbia Restaurant in St. Augustine is more than a popular dining establishment. For locals, it’s a historic landmark, and for Flagler College, it’s been a pivotal community partner in elevating the opportunities available through the Hospitality and Tourism Management (HTM) Program.

I am so happy I chose to come here because I originally planned to earn my degree online, but the hands-on experience at Flagler completely changed my perspective.
