Lauren Pruett

Interim Associate Director of Special Events, Adjunct Instructor

Lauren Pruett is an Instructor and Special Events Coordinator in the Hospitality and Tourism Management Department at Flagler College. A Flagler alumna, she earned her Master’s degree in Public Administration from American University.

Lauren has extensive experience in event coordination and hospitality, with a background in both higher education and the private sector. Prior to joining the faculty, she served as Assistant Director of Special Events at Flagler College, where she oversaw campus-wide event planning and collaborated with departments across the institution. She also brings nearly a decade of freelance experience working with exclusive wedding and event planning companies in St. Augustine.

Lauren is passionate about providing hands-on learning experiences and preparing students for careers in the hospitality and tourism industry.
