Send Your Transcripts

The Registrar at each college or university you have attended may submit your transcripts one of three ways:

If an applicant does not have at least 24 transferrable credit hours completed at the time of application submission, we will also require a copy of a final high school transcript.

High School officials may submit transcripts electronically, either through email or by using one of the following services below:

Submit Official Test Scores

Transfer students who meet the following criteria may be asked to submit either SAT or ACT score to the Office of Admissions:

  • If an applicant has not completed one non-remedial transferrable English & 1 non-remedial transferrable Math course when they submit their application.
SAT – 5235 ACT - 0772

It is strongly recommended that applicants earn a score above 500 on the SAT's critical reading, mathematics, and writing sections; or a score above 20 on all four sub-sections of the ACT.

Complete Your Essay

You will be able to view the essay as soon as you start the application process.

This is your chance to truly let us know who you are and what you hope to gain from the Flagler College experience.

Flagler’s essay prompt: Flagler College strives to admit students who will excel and reach their full potential during their college experience. Please provide an essay of at least 250 words describing a single event or theme that defines your character and/or your aspirations.

Have Questions? We're Here to Help!

We generally admit A.A. holders at the junior level. If you've earned your A.A., your core requirements will be considered satisfied.

  • 75 from a four-year college/university
  • 64 from a junior or community college

  • Transfer students are admitted on a rolling basis — i.e., there’s no fixed application deadline for the Fall or Spring terms.
  • That said, we recommend completing your application no later than June 1 for fall admission or Nov. 1 for spring admission.

  • No, transfer credit grades are not used for your Flagler College grade point average (GPA).
  • If you received a grade of “C” or better, your credits will generally transfer.
  • Students who have completed their A.A. degree may transfer up to three courses in which a “D” grade was earned.

Along with an application & an official transcript from each institution attended, we ask transfer applicants to submit SAT/ACT scores in cases where:

  • You haven’t completed one (1) non-remedial transferrable English course and one (1) non-remedial transferrable Math course when you submit your application.
  • You don’t have at least 24 transferrable credit hours completed at the time of application submission. In that case, you’ll also need to provide a copy of your final high school transcript with your application.

You can find out how your credits will transfer using the Flagler College Transfer Evaluation System (TES) database.
