When you imagine the face of a donor, the vision that emerges is rarely one of a young, 20-something year-old man fresh out of college. But James Mernik (’21) is that donor.  

Flagler College will celebrate the academic and personal accomplishments of more than 500 graduates in the Class of 2024 with a Commencement Ceremony at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre on Sunday, May 5, at 9 a.m.

Beverly Copeland Carmichael ‘72, affectionately known as 'Bev,’ has been a cornerstone of Flagler College's prosperity since her days as one of its pioneering students.

President John Delaney announced the public launch of the College’s comprehensive campaign, Flagler Forward, at a Grand Gala event in the historic Ponce Dining Hall on Thursday, Oct. 19.

Upon inheriting a giving account from his late grandparents, Mernik was tasked with perpetuating their lifelong interest in philanthropy.

At the 2023 annual meeting of Flagler College’s Board of Trustees, Black Knight CRO Ryan Hallet and Managing Director with Bank of America Private Bank Teresa Radzinski were elected as new Trustees.
