This is Flagler’s second time achieving the Platinum Level. Award recipients were honored at the Annual First Coast Worksite Wellness Conference on May 7, 2025, at the Florida Blue Conference Center.

Award winners were recognized for making noteworthy strides to improve the health and well-being of their employees.  Applications were evaluated based on five key components of a well-rounded wellness program: leadership alignment, promoting a healthy work environment and culture, wellness collaboration and program design, wellness programs and initiatives to support well-being, and evaluating and measuring opportunities and successes.

“We are honored to be recognized for the second consecutive year with the Platinum Level Award by the First Coast Worksite Wellness Council. This achievement reflects Flagler College’s continued commitment to fostering a culture of health, well-being, and balance across our campus community,” said Kelly Toaston, Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer.  “Earning this recognition again is a testament to the collaboration and dedication of our leadership, wellness champions, and employees who make wellness a priority every day. We are proud to be named one of the 2024 Healthiest Companies and grateful to the FCWWC for their ongoing work to elevate and celebrate workplace wellness.”
