The Crisp-Ellert Art Museum (CEAM) and Flagler College look forward to our bi-annual exhibition of work by B.F.A. and B.A. candidates in the Department of Visual Art. The exhibition will be on view April 27 – May 7, 2026. We will host a closing reception on Thursday, May 7 from 5 to 8pm. Additionally, the Graphic Design B.A. and B.F.A. Thesis Exhibition will be on view on Thursday, May 7 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Jay’s Place, located at Ringhaver Student Center, 50 Sevilla Street. Both events are free and open to the public, with snacks and refreshments provided as well as live music from DJ Dan.

Over the course of the semester, the B.F.A and B.A. students have created a singular body of work, or group of artworks, synthesizing the foundational, methodological and conceptual frameworks in which they've learned during their time in the Department of Visual Art. This capstone class provides an important early step on their paths as working artists. Professors of Art Sara Pedigo and Laura Mongiovi have guided the B.F.A and B.A. courses this semester, respectively.

B.F.A. candidates Ellie Bowman, Laurel Koschal, Shannon Song, Cindi Tromblee, and Shannon Speakman will exhibit painting, sculpture, printmaking, and installation that consider a range of topics.

The B.A. Portfolio exhibition will include artworks that span materials including painting, sculpture, prints, and drawings by artists Marysa Gunter, Aiden Balog, Rylie McCormick, and Tabitha Hanely.

The B.F.A. and B.A. students in graphic design will present their portfolios created over the course of the semester with instruction by Ronald Edelen, Associate Professor of Graphic Design, and Chris Smith, Assistant Professor of Graphic Design. The B.F.A. portfolio exhibition will feature work by designers Bella Adriano, Hayley Harris, Sophia Johnston, Sophia Johnston, Hannah Kasprzak, Owen Lindsey, Colin Locatell, Saylor Minock, Layla Niakan, Gabe Nivens, Brooke Socha, Abbey Strother, and Viv Sweet. The B.A. portfolio candidates include Sammy Andress, Amanda Bennett, John Carbone, Alizé Cardot, Olivia Flaherty, Emma Gustafson, Julia Hewitt, AnaLisa Mazzei, Anna Richardson, AJ Ritchie, and Alicia Sanfilippo.
