Strategic Communication
Students in the public relations program develop the skills it takes to craft the right message for the right audience and deliver it through the right channel at the right time. These powerful storytellers use their knowledge in myriad industries to influence change. Students have the chance to study straight PR skills or to add a concentration on health communication.

Organizations have stories to tell, and they need professionals to help them do it. You'll prepare for a career helping others build their images, maintain their relationships, and even manage crises. And you'll get the chance to get real-world job experience with an internship.
A major or minor will prepare you to understand and work in various media environments, including television, radio, internet-based technologies, public relations, advertising, promotions, film, and media sales.
