Undercurrents Exhibition Coming to CEAM
The Crisp-EllertArt Museum and Flagler College are pleased to announce Undercurrents, a film, video, and photography exhibition featuring ten international artists who explore the human condition in the midst of climate change: Jennifer Boles, Georgie Brinkman, Christiana Caro, Laura Gines, Karissa Hahn, Amanda Hodes, Kayla Parker & Stuart Moore, Leah Sandler, and Krista Leigh Steinke.
Undercurrents: Cultures of Climate Change
Join ADAPT and Flagler College at the Crisp-Ellert Art Museum on June 2 for a live, in-person panel discussion on climate change, how it’s impacting cultural resources in the city of St. Augustine, what’s being done about it, and how artists can use their work to both spread awareness about climate change and call for action.
Usdin Speaker Raymond P. Scheindlin, Presenting, “Wine, Women, and Death: The Worldly Pleasures of the Courtier-Rabbis of Islamic Spain”
Flagler College will host Dr. Raymond Scheindlin as a part of the Usdin Lecture series to present on “the worldly pleasures of Courtier-Rabbis of Islamic Spain.” Scheindlin will speak on Wednesday, Nov. 9, at 7 p.m. in the Virginia Room, on the second floor of the Student Center. This lecture is free and open to the public.
