Beverly Copeland Carmichael ‘72, affectionately known as 'Bev,’ has been a cornerstone of Flagler College's prosperity since her days as one of its pioneering students.

Flagler College will celebrate the academic and personal accomplishments of more than 560 graduates in the Class of 2025 with a Commencement Ceremony at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre on Saturday, May 10, at 9 a.m.

Shelly Haser, Ph.D., is the Director of the Lifelong Learning Institute at Flagler College and a Professor in the Education Department since January 2023. She has been in higher education for over 25 years as a faculty member and administrator at three universities and Flagler College. She received her degrees from The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC, the College of William and Mary, and West Virginia University.

Flagler College is pleased to announce a $12,500 gift from Ed W. Lombard ’97 to establish the Ed Lombard ’97 Endowed Scholarship.

Flagler College recognized two of its outstanding alumni for their commitment to the College and their professional success at the 24th annual Alumni Awards luncheon on May 16, 2025.
