Shelly Haser, Ph.D., is the Director of the Lifelong Learning Institute at Flagler College and a Professor in the Education Department since January 2023. She has been in higher education for over 25 years as a faculty member and administrator at three universities and Flagler College. She received her degrees from The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC, the College of William and Mary, and West Virginia University.
