Saints Alliance Peer Mentoring

Saints Alliance is a peer mentoring program created to help you feel connected, supported, and truly at home. Through this program, you’ll be paired with a dedicated mentor—someone who can relate and is excited to help you navigate your first year at Flagler.

Whether you need help finding your classes, making new friends, or just having someone to talk to, we’ve got you covered. At the Saints Alliance Mentoring Program, every student gets the chance to grow—first as a mentee, then as a mentor—creating a full-circle journey of learning, leadership, and giving back.

WHAT WE OFFER MENTEES:

  • Mentor relationship opportunities with current thriving Flagler College students
  • Built-in community
  • Development of interpersonal skills, including communication & leadership
  • Resources on balancing academic and social life
  • Access various networking and involvement opportunities
