"Letti's exceptional leadership qualities, business acumen, and dedication to our community make her a valuable addition to our Board of Trustees,” Flagler College President John Delaney said. “We look forward to benefiting from her insights and expertise.”
Bozard Spencer is a native to the region with deep roots in St. Augustine that formed as she “grew up” on her family’s Ford dealership in town and continued to grow during her time as a Flagler student. Following in the footsteps of her grandparents and father, she and her brother Bo Bozard (“10”) represent the third generation to steer their family-owned franchise into the future.
"It is an honor to be entrusted with a position on the Board of Trustees at Flagler College, an institution that holds a special place in my heart as an alumna,” Bozard Spencer said.
Bozard Spencer’s professional journey started with her studies as a Business Administration student at Flagler. After graduating with her B.A. in 1997, Bozard completed a master’s degree in business administration from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. Now, with nearly two decades of experience at Bozard Ford Lincoln, Letti has honed her business skills through industry-specific training programs and by actively developing pioneering dealership processes. Letti’s focus is centered around keeping the dealership on the leading edge of customer and employee experiences.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Bozard Spencer is deeply engaged in the St. Augustine community, contributing her time and resources to various philanthropic endeavors. Her efforts have extended to local organizations like The Boys & Girls Club of Northeast Florida, the St. Johns County Education Foundation, and the Women of Vision Fund at Flagler College.
Bozard Spencer’s inaugural meeting as a Trustee will be in October.
