Residence halls
Starting in 2024, Flagler College offers six residence halls for students throughout their four years.
Freshman | Cedar, FEC Towers A and B, Lewis, and Ponce Halls
Sophomores | FEC C Tower, and Abare Hall
Juniors & Seniors | Sebastian House
What’s New?
In recent years, the College has re-imagined and prioritized facility upgrades.
At the forefront are major renovations to Ponce Hall’s historic residential wings which started in 2022 with the former hotel’s East Wing dorm rooms and continues this year with the West Wing. Coinciding upgrades in other Ponce student spaces, like the Mezzanine and Birdcage have also brought new life into the historic building.
When students re-entered the East Wing of the Ponce in the Fall of 2023, they were greeted by a space with modern accommodations and a refreshed perspective on the remarkable history of the building.
The renovation includes entirely new electrical and plumbing, a modern HVAC system that better controls temperatures and humidity, renovated laundry and bathroom spaces, and re-imagined lounge and study areas. Other elements include a new terracotta roof, insulation, and updated fire safety equipment.
Lewis Hall has also been recently upgraded with modernized rooms, flooring, and new furniture. The common and study areas, kitchen spaces, and laundry rooms were also renovated for the modern student experience.
