To prepare the campus for our new and returning students, we cannot accommodate early move-ins unless they have preapproval, such as Fall athletes.

If you have a circumstance preventing you from moving in during your slot, please contact residencelife@flagler.edu, and we will help develop a plan of action.

We will have assigned loading and unloading zones for students and their families moving in. A more detailed email will be sent to their Flagler email address in August.

Move-In Tags

Looking to help make the move-in process easier? Download and print out copies of our luggage and box tags to help get your items to the right room quickly on move-in day.

When You Get To Your Room

When you get to your room, you will have an opportunity to unpack and organize your belongings.

We ask that no furniture be rearranged until your new roommates move in, and you all discuss room arrangements together. You can make a maintenance request to bunk or unbunk your beds (approval is determined by room), but that will not occur on the move-in day. You cannot bunk or unbunk beds yourself.

There is a two-week period for when your beds will be bunked or unbunked.

Facility Work Orders

Our housekeeping staff has prepared your room, but if there are any facility concerns, please submit them below.

Submit A Concern To Facilities Management

After Move-In

New students should join us for hall meetings at 7 p.m. on your move-in day. Families are asked to leave the halls by 6:45 p.m. to allow the students to settle in, meet their RA, and connect with peers!

New Saints Orientation

New Saints Orientation is our Flagler College Orientation Experience and will be where you get to know more about campus, meet fellow students, get your ID and parking pass, and learn about how your semester will go at Flagler.

Information for New Saints Orientation can be found at Orientation.

Infectious Disease Plan

Please work with your family to develop a plan if you catch an infectious disease while living on campus.

Examples include:

  •  The flu
  • The common cold
  • COVID

Residents are responsible for ensuring that they have a plan in place including but not limited to:

  • Providing other housing accommodations
  • Food delivery
  • Medicine
  • Transportation to doctor’s offices, etc.

The Office of Residence Life will not move individuals if they or their roommates get sick.
