How Flagler College Mail Works
How Flagler College Mail Works
1
Address Your Packages and Mail
See the tips below to ensure your mail is properly addressed. Just so you know, only residents can receive mail on campus.
Don't use your residence hall address. Use the following format instead:
Student name (required)
Flagler College CM# (required)*
107 King Street, Suite D

*See the FAQs to learn how to find your CM#
2
Order Your Stuff
When ordering online or receiving mail from family, ensure deliveries are scheduled Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Mail Services is closed on weekends and holidays, so deliveries outside these times are not accepted and could be left in unsecured areas.
3
We Process Your Stuff
You order it. We receive and process it. You get an email from flaglermailroom@flagler.edu notifying you to pick it up at the front counter or in the parcel locker.
No email means your package isn't ready yet.
Note: Letters and cards are processed similarly but are kept behind the counter. You’ll receive an email or text notification.
4
Pick Up Your Stuff
Note for Fall 2024: Mail Services can receive and store your packages after Aug. 12, 2024. Packages will be stored for pickup during Move-In Day, Aug. 24.
Counter Pickup: Show your email/text notification and ID.
Parcel Locker: Follow the instructions on the screen.
You can access the mailroom lobby from 7:00 am – midnight, seven days a week.

Forwarding Mail
Students may forward their mail, both temporarily for the summer and permanently, if they move off campus. To do so, stop by the mailroom and fill out a form. If you've already left school, you can email mailservices@flagler.edu your information using your Flagler email or student ID.
Note: We don't forward mail over winter break. We are unable to forward most packages. UPS, FedEx, and Amazon will not forward packages. USPS only forwards a tiny number of packages, and they must have a special endorsement.
Special Deliveries
All special deliveries (flowers, cakes, etc.) not delivered by a carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL) will be directed to the Rotunda Security Desk in Ponce de Leon Hall.
The mailroom will not receive groceries and meals from delivery services. Please list your name, specific residence hall address, and phone number so the delivery service can deliver to your door.

We accept them but encourage you to please pick them up promptly. Edible arrangements are discouraged.
Be mindful, because you'll need to transport items from the mailroom to your dorm. Sometimes, two smaller boxes are better than one large one.
