A note from Dr. Catalano

Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of deaf and hard-of-hearing students? Our online master's degree program in Deaf Education offers the flexibility to pursue your passion without compromising your current commitments. Flagler College’s comprehensive program blends theory with practical experience, equipping you with the skills to meet the diverse needs of deaf and hard-of-hearing students.

The personalized nature of our program allows students to tailor assignments to their professional interests and meet the needs of an increasingly diverse population of students. Our expert faculty from around the country, who are deeply committed to Deaf Education, provide individualized guidance to ensure your success. Additionally, the online format allows you to balance your studies with your professional and personal commitments, making it an ideal choice for working professionals with busy lives. To this end, all courses are offered online except a three-week summer residency at the Florida School for the Deaf in Saint Augustine.

We also offer endorsements for Florida teachers in Teaching American Sign Language in Public Schools and Teaching Children with Severe and Profound Disabilities. We offer a non-degree enrollment option for students who do not live in Florida or those seeking individualized professional development without committing to a full degree program.

Joel Bolante
Director of the Public Administration Program

A note from Dr. Bolante

Thank you for your interest in Flagler College's Public Administration Program. If you want an exciting and impactful career, public administration may be for you.

Public administration is both an art and a science. It emphasizes developing, implementing, and managing public programs and policies to ensure their effective and efficient execution for the benefit of our communities and society. In its simplest form, public administration represents "government in action" at the federal, state, and local levels. Consequently, public administrators play a crucial role in shaping society and influencing people's lives.

The Public Administration Program at Flagler College offers degrees at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Courses are available in online and hybrid formats, allowing students to balance their professional and personal lives with their studies.
