Flagler College's unique secondary education and mathematics dual major lets you pursue your passion for math while preparing you to teach. Once you complete your coursework and pass your Florida Teacher Certification Exams (FCTEs), you'll get both a degree and a state secondary mathematics certification to teach grades 6-12. Program Requirements

At Flagler College, you get the chance to take all the mathematics, education, and teaching courses you'll need to teach a wide variety of mathematics to middle and high school students. You'll get real experience in local schools. And you'll learn a variety of math, including statistics, calculus, geometry, algebra, and other required content.
