Flagler College must comply with state regulations concerning the delivery of online courses and programs to out-of-state students. Flagler College was approved by the Postsecondary Reciprocal Distance Education Coordinating Council of the Florida Department of Education to participate in the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (NC-SARA), which is intended to ease the workload of institutions seeking authorization to deliver online programs and courses in other states.
While students from most states may enroll in online programs at Flagler College there are some important limitations. Out-of-state students interested in enrolling in a Flagler College online program or online courses should check the State Authorization webpage for more information about the states in which Flagler College is approved to offer distance education programs.
Formal Complaint Process
Whenever possible, students are encouraged to address concerns or resolve conflicts informally by speaking directly with their instructors, program directors, or department chairs. If a resolution cannot be reached through informal means, students may pursue the formal Student Complaints and Appeals process or seek assistance from appropriate external agencies.
