
Jonathan Growick
Professional Profile
Jonathan Growick has a bachelor’s degree from Flagler College and a Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law in Virginia. For the past 14 years, Jonathan has worked for the Florida Department of Children and Families’ Children’s Legal Services. In that time, Jonathan worked up the ranks to Managing Attorney of the 7th Judicial Circuit (Flagler, Putnam, St. Johns, and Volusia) and most recently Statewide Counsel for Quality Assurance and Director of Training. Jonathan handled complex termination of parental rights trials, presented throughout Florida on dependency law and trial practice, was appointed to statewide workgroups and special projects, and was responsible for the training programing for 500+ attorneys, paralegals, and staff.
Before joining the faculty full-time, Jonathan served as the Flagler College Mock Trial Coach and an Adjunct Instructor for the past 6 years. Jonathan was a Flagler College 50 Alumni of Distinction Honoree and has been awarded the Flagler College Young Alumni Achievement Award, the St. Augustine Record 40 under 40 Award, and the Department of Children and Families’ Outstanding Leadership Award.
Jonathan is Of Counsel at the St. Augustine Law Group and volunteers with the St. Johns County Teen Court Program.
