Alice Flores

Alice Flores serves as the Director of Women of Vision & LEAD Fund at Flagler College, where she leads fundraising strategy, membership engagement, scholarship development, mentorship programs, and signature events that connect women through philanthropy while creating transformational opportunities for students.

After earning a Bachelor of Science in Tourism and Hospitality Management from the University of Florida, Alice spent more than a decade in luxury hospitality, planning weddings, galas, conferences, and special events for Fortune 500 companies, television productions, and nationally recognized entertainers. She later transitioned into nonprofit leadership, directing workplace giving campaigns, donor engagement, volunteer initiatives, and fundraising events at United Way before joining Flagler College.
Alice's passion for empowering women and strengthening communities extends far beyond her professional career. She previously led a membership organization for mothers, moderated one of Miami's largest online parenting communities, and has served in volunteer leadership roles with the Junior Service League, Cub Scouts, and the St. Johns County School District.

Today, Alice is honored to work alongside the dedicated members of Women of Vision, an inspiring community of women who believe in the transformative power of education, mentorship, and philanthropy. Together, they are investing in the next generation of leaders, opening doors for students, and creating a lasting legacy of opportunity that extends far beyond the classroom.
