Housing Information for J-Term, Maymester, and Summer

Welcome to our housing page for J-Term, Maymester, and summer housing options. Please review the important information and guidelines below.

Important Dates

  • J-Term for Spring 2024
    • Opens: Saturday, Jan. 4 at noon
    • Notify us if you need housing by Dec. 2
  • Maymester
    • Opens: Monday, May 12 at 10 a.m.
    • Notify us if you need housing by April 25
    • Move out: Saturday, May 31 by 4 p.m.
  • Summer Housing
    • Opens: Friday, May 16 at 10 a.m.
    • Notify us if you need housing by April 25th
    • Closing: Friday, June 27, by 4 p.m.

Housing Costs

  • J-Term Housing Cost: Included in your courses.
  • Maymester and Summer School Cost: $175 per week.

Rules and Regulations

To ensure a comfortable living environment for all students, the following rules will be enforced:

  • 24/7 Quiet Hours: Respect the study environment for yourself and your neighbors.
  • No Guests: To maintain security and comfort, guests are not allowed in the residence halls.
  • No Alcohol: Alcohol is strictly prohibited in all housing facilities.
