Dining

A Flagler student smiles while enjoying a meal.

A feast of options for every meal.

Every mealtime offers choices ranging from comfort food to vegan options. You can dine al fresco, on the go, or between sparkling Tiffany windows in the dining hall. Stop by Chick-fil-A, grab an espresso at the Kookaburra, or select pre-prepared meals in our P.O.D. (Provisions on Demand).

It can all be included in your meal plan.

Flagler College students enjoy a meal in the Dining Hall.

Ponce de Leon Dining Hall

Ponce De Leon Hall isn’t exactly your typical campus cafeteria. Our high-domed ballroom has 10 different stations including:

  • The Home Station
  • Pizza & Pasta
  • Expo
  • Omelette
  • Deli
  • Salad Bar
  • Vegetarian
  • Ice Cream and Dessert

Fresh, Local Ingredients

We work with local produce distributors to ensure all of the produce used in the Dining Hall is fresh (never frozen) and sustainably grown. About 25% of our produce is local.

We also cater to any dietary restrictions, including lactose or gluten intolerance, religious food restrictions, and taste preferences. We can customize any menu item to suit your needs.

You'll also enjoy tasty special events and promotions held in the Dining Hall each month. Some of these include:

  • Wing Fest
  • The Great Chili Cook-Off
  • Ice cream socials
  • Breakfast for Dinner
  • Steak Night

Ringhaver Student Center

Located on the first floor of the Ringhaver Student Center is The Bistro, a retail food court featuring Kookaburra Coffee, Bento Sushi, and Chick-fil-A. The Bistro also offers a wide selection of grab-n-go items, including salads, wraps, sandwiches, snacks, and sides.
