Director of the Crisp-Ellert Art Museum, Julie Dickover joined Flagler's staff in 2010 after a decade in Los Angeles where she worked in commercial galleries and as the museum registrar with a UCLA art museum. For the more than 10 years she's been at Flagler, Dickover has overseen all elements of CEAM and worked with other campus groups and departments to foster robust programming and opportunities.

Mary Scine ‘99, coordinator of Flagler’s Missing Voices Project, is a Flagler alumna with a degree in Communication and concentration in Public Relations & Journalism. Scine has held previous careers in public relations, management, and education. At Flagler, she’s worked in the Youth Ministry Program for 8 years, and within that time, has also been an adjunct for the First Year Seminar course for 3 years.

Michella Basas ‘00, returned to Flagler in 2014 as an assistant professor in Deaf Education and is now the Director of the Center for Teaching and Learning. She lives on a small family farm with her husband, father, and small human where they care for their 20 hens, two roosters, holland lop, corn snake, goldfish, two barn cats, and the most ridiculous labradoodle that ever lived. She said she also looks forward to having some horses and maybe a goat in the future.
