Flagler College’s Class of 2028 is settling into campus life, impressing with inspiring stories and enthusiasm to make history.

Community engagement was a defining practice throughout Amuk Tong’s Flagler College Journey.

Members of Flagler’s newly re-activated Society for Advancement of Management (SAM) chapter were recently awarded second place in a collegiate case analysis competition at SAM’s 2024 International Business Conference.

As a transfer student, Amber Blackmon was faced with a less-than-typical college experience. But upon arriving to Flagler College, she eagerly pursued opportunities that integrated her into the campus community and allowed her to make a lasting impact.

Before he arrived at Flagler College, sophomore Peter Mankin said he was worried his adjustment from high school to college would be especially difficult.

More than 2,000 donors contributed to Flagler College’s fifth annual Roar and Raise Giving Challenge this past March 29-30, raising a record-breaking $1,124,643 in support of students, faculty, staff, and historic facilities. To date, it is the College’s most successful fundraising effort ever and will propel the school into a new era of philanthropy and education.

Kaelyn Thomas is the Coordinator for Student Leadership and Engagement. In this role, she provides programming for the students on campus like Harry Potter Week, movie nights, trivia nights, campus concerts, and field trips off campus.

A select group of student leaders from the campus community was inducted into the Flagler College Circle of Omicron Delta Kappa on Feb. 3.
