Family Leadership Council

Join other families on the Family Leadership Council and make a difference for your Flagler student.

The Family Leadership Council (FLC) at Flagler College is a select group of current Flagler families, who volunteer to serve renewable one-year terms.

FLC members are recruited based on their ability and willingness to serve as ambassadors of Flagler College. They are also chosen for their interest in developing resources that support the Flagler experience for all students.

The FLC creates and enhances ways for families to become involved in the life of the College and to preserve, enhance, and improve the quality of the Flagler College experience.

FLC members host events, strengthen relationships, act as contacts for other Flagler families, and work to increase attendance at Family Weekend.

Members of the FLC have an important impact on family engagement at the College through annual gifts of $1,000 or greater, volunteer work, and thoughtful counsel to administration and staff.

MISSION STATEMENT

The Family Leadership Council (FLC) at Flagler College is a volunteer group whose members serve as advisors, ambassadors, and supporters of the College.

The council provides a way for families to share ideas, questions, and concerns with the College administration. Council members also help philanthropic efforts to support the College's institutional priorities.

The FLC presents a chance for families to get involved in the life of the College. They can also help expand educational opportunities and make the student experience better.
