Rick Johnson

Rick Johnson ’95 serves Flagler College as Director of Corporate Relations & Family Engagement, where he develops partnerships with corporations, alumni, parents, and community leaders to advance the College’s mission and philanthropic priorities. He oversees the Business Advisory Board and Family Leadership Council, fostering meaningful engagement and support for Flagler College’s strategic priorities.

A Flagler College graduate, Rick brings more than 30 years of experience in business leadership, technology, entrepreneurship, and relationship management. Prior to joining the College, he held business development and client relationship management roles across the technology and telecommunications industries, including 19 years with Verizon Wireless.

Rick serves on the St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce Economic Development Council Executive Committee. He previously served as a board member of the Villages Athletic Association and spent 15 years coaching youth baseball and football in St. Johns County. As a proud alumnus, Rick enjoys connecting alumni, families, business leaders, and friends of the College with opportunities to support student success and strengthen Flagler’s future.
