Reporting Hazing at Flagler College

Flagler College is committed to maintaining a safe and supportive environment, free from hazing in any form. If you have experienced, witnessed, or suspect hazing, there are several ways to report your concerns and access support resources.

What Individuals Can Do

Do not ignore it – no one should ever feel like they are being hazed.

If you or someone you know is experiencing hazing, harassment, or any other form of misconduct, it’s important to know that you have options for reporting the incident safely and confidentially. Flagler College is committed to creating a safe and respectful campus environment, and there are multiple avenues available for reporting hazing or any behavior that violates university policies.

How to Report

You can report hazing or any related concerns through the following methods:

Online Reporting

Flagler College offers an Incident Reporting Form for students, faculty, and staff to report hazing and other forms of misconduct.

  • What you’ll need: Include as much information as possible, such as dates, locations, individuals or organizations involved, witnesses or others affected, a description of what happened, and any supporting evidence (photos, messages, etc.)

Confidentiality and Retaliation: Flagler College will make every effort to maintain confidentiality during the investigation process. Retaliation against individuals who report hazing or participate in an investigation is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action.

  • If you’re concerned about privacy or fear retaliation, you can submit an anonymous report.

What to expect: Someone will reach out to you to learn more about the information you reported and provide you with information about next steps and support resources.
