You will start your day on-campus with a barbecue where you will have the opportunity to mingle with incoming and current Flagler students. Following lunch, you will have the opportunity to pre-register for classes, snap your photo for your student ID, make appointments with various offices on campus, meet our faculty at department receptions and end your day by hanging out with incoming students at our Class of 2023 Pool Party! Parents will be able to attend a Parent Forum and reception.

Deposited students may register for one of two SOAR (Student Onboarding and Registration) events, taking place in June and July. At these events, you will register for classes, meet with an advisor, receive your Flagler Student ID and tour campus. Representatives from Student Accounts and Financial Aid will be on hand to answer questions and you can visit the Flagler College Bookstore once your class schedule is complete to reserve your textbooks for fall. Other campus offices will be open and available for drop-in appointments or questions.

This 60-minute visit experience is designed specifically for transfer or military/veteran students to learn more about Flagler College from our student Ambassadors. In addition to your tour, we can schedule a Transfer Student Meeting for you with our Transfer Coordinator, Ms. Jennifer Rinnert or a Military/Veteran Meeting with our Director of Military Recruitment, Ms. Selena Hernandez-Haines. Meetings are by appointment only and must be scheduled prior to the date of your visit. Class observations give our prospective students an opportunity to shadow a student Ambassador in a class during the day. This experience is for the student only and is reserved for high school seniors and transfer students who have registered for an Information Session and Tour.
