Program Requirements
As an Art History major or minor, you'll gain a rich appreciation of art history and visual culture. You'll learn to understand what art means to people, society, and culture. You'll also be learning in a community full of art and history, and journeying out of the classroom to experience it.
Our coursework stresses hands-on learning with a course in Gallery Management and an available minor in Arts Administration. You can also participate in the spring break study away to New York and other study abroad opportunities.
