Adult and Continuing Education
Flagler College’s Adult and Continuing Education Programs provide opportunities for working professionals as well as adult and retired learners alike. Our four programs include Corporate Training and Professional Development, Lifelong Learning, Test Preparation, and MyCAA, a non-credit bearing licensing, certification, and training, grant funded program for Military Spouses.
Our program supports corporations, organizations, and individuals with transformational training opportunities including Continuing Education Units (CEU’s), and Professional Development Units (PDU’s). This program also offers options to support active military, veterans, and military families continue their career development.
The Lifelong Learning program is a place for the St. Augustine and surrounding communities to converge and grow together. We aim to create a dynamic and meaningful environment for adult learners to engage with each other and to continue discovering, creating, and thinking critically about a wide variety of topics that are important in daily life. Our instructors bring incredible talent and experience to our program and look for every opportunity to help improve the wellbeing of our community.
Standardized test scores are a major component of the academic experience at all stages of the journey. We offer test preparation in various formats for exams such as Praxis for teachers, the GRE, GMAT, and LSAT for the graduate school application process, and SAT and ACT courses. The Academic Test Preparation Center is fully equipped to deliver these courses Live On-line to assist students in completing the exams with success.
