Tarrah Hardman
A Florida native, Tarrah Hardman graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2014 with a degree in Hospitality Management. Following graduation, she relocated to St. Augustine to pursue a career in the hospitality industry and spent several years as a concierge at the Casa Monica Resort & Spa. Inspired by the city’s rich history and tourism industry, she furthered her education by earning a Graduate Certificate in Destination Management and Marketing. Through her hospitality experience, Tarrah developed expertise in customer service, event coordination, relationship management, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
As Assistant Director of Alumni Engagement, Tarrah helps plan and execute a wide range of alumni programs and events designed to strengthen relationships between graduates and the College. She oversees young alumni initiatives, coordinates regional engagement opportunities, and manages the alumni visitor experience for those returning to campus. Working closely with alumni, volunteers, students, and community partners, Tarrah strives to create welcoming experiences that encourage participation, build community, and celebrate the Flagler College experience.
