Research

Samantha Palmer is the Director of Brand Experience and Merchandise Licensing and is part of the leadership team for the Division of Marketing and Communications. Samantha is a creative thinker who provides College-wide insights in creating an experience through intentional use and protection of the brand.

Samantha is responsible for the leadership of the brand experience to engage, inspire and entertain our audience by creating exciting, unique, and memorable experiences while maintaining the Flagler College brand and its traditions; to create an emotional connection with all of our audiences.

Sam is a Flagler College graduate who started working for Flagler’s Legacy and Historic Tours as a student and never left. She graduated in 2004 with a degree in communications. A tourism leader for St. Johns County, Sam is the incoming chair of the St. Johns County Visitors and Convention Bureau and a board member of the Florida Attractions Association. She previously served as a president of the St. Augustine Attractions Association. When not working to expand St. Augustine’s tourism scene, she spends her time as an amateur quilter and dog lover.
