Michael Paul Cartledge serves as Associate Director of Grants and Projects at Flagler College's Center for Religion and Culture, where he directs two Lilly Endowment-funded grant projects: the Fostering Congregations Initiative and Welcome Works. He also earned an MDiv and MA from Princeton Seminary and a BA in communication and media studies from Stetson University.

As an educator, researcher, and practitioner, Michael Paul focuses on helping faith communities and religious leaders engage in spiritual formation with neurodiversity and trauma-informed care principles in mind. Michael Paul approaches his work at Flagler College with a commitment to accessibility, hospitality, and creating spaces where people can explore faith and grow together.
