Jody Hamilton

Jody Hamilton joined Flagler College in January 2016, bringing extensive experience in office administration, organizational management, and customer service to her role. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Computer Information Systems, providing her with a strong foundation in business operations, technology, and process improvement. During her tenure at the College, she has developed a deep understanding of institutional operations while building strong relationships across campus. Known for her attention to detail, collaborative approach, and commitment to service excellence, Jody is dedicated to supporting the College’s mission and creating efficient processes that contribute to organizational success.

As Business Manager for Institutional Advancement, Jody oversees the division’s day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the office. She manages departmental budgets and expense tracking, coordinates office operations and vendor relationships, supports staff and student employees, and helps implement procedures that promote organizational effectiveness. Jody also serves as a key resource for the Institutional Advancement team, providing administrative leadership and operational support that enables the division to advance Flagler College’s fundraising, alumni engagement, and community relations efforts.
