Assistant Professor of History at the U.S. Air Force Academy; lecturer at the National Intelligence University and Joint Military Attaché School.  Director, Foreign Intelligence for the Army Staff (G-2, Pentagon); Defense/Army Attaché at U.S. embassies in Guatemala, Suriname, Spain, Argentina and Mexico; exchange officer with the Venezuelan Army in Caracas, Venezuela; guest lecturer at the Spanish and Argentine War Colleges.

Research
