Professional Profile

Dr. Annie Schultz holds a PhD in Philosophy of Education from Loyola University Chicago, where she studied at the intersection of aesthetics of environment and educational theory.  Dr. Schultz explores socially and culturally informed theories of education in her teaching and scholarship, helping students see the connections between art, literature, environments, ecosystems, beauty, and more. Her research interests span a variety of areas in philosophy of education, including environmental education, aesthetics, and art education.
