You can create a roommate group on flagler.erezlife.com once you complete your housing application and pay your $500.00 nonrefundable housing fee.
-
You can do that through the following steps:
-
On the left side of the screen, click “Roommate Groups.”
-
Click on the link to create a new roommate group. Give the group a name and add roommates using their Flagler College email address. Your roommate(s) must have:
-
A completed housing application
-
Same gender
-
Same year classification (Sophomore, Junior, Senior)
-
Click “Save.”
-
-
Once the roommate group is created, all members must select the specific group as “My Choice” to pull one another into a room during room selection.
-
Please note:
-
Only one roommate needs to create this group. All roommates must select the accept as “my choice” to be paired. If they do not, there is no guarantee everyone will live together.
-
Once they accept, there will be a green checkmark next to the roommate(s) names.
-
If you select a roommate who is not of the same year level, the Office of Residence Life reserves the right to manually change one person’s assignment.
-
All roommates will need to submit the housing fee by the priority deadline to receive priority selection.
-
Roommate groups are required, but it helps with a smoother selection process.
-
-
-
If you do not have a preferred roommate, the Office of Residence Life will help to pair you based on the answers you select on your housing application.
-
We will do our best to find the best match based on your answers.
-
