Emotional Wellness

The emotionally well person can identify, express and manage the entire range of feelings and would consider seeking assistance to address areas of concern. Emotional wellness is being able to cope with stress and expressing your emotions in an effective manner.

Taking An Active Role In Your Emotional Wellness

Allow yourself to fully feel and express your emotions by communicating your wants, needs, and emotions with others and setting healthy boundaries. Surround yourself with supportive people who make you feel good and ask for help when you need it.
