Mary has been at Flagler for more than 30 years. She has held a variety of positions within the student affairs division, including Director of Student Activities, Assistant Dean of Students, Associate Dean of Counseling & Residence Life, and Associate Dean of Counseling.
She oversees the CARE Team, Case Management, and Outreach/Education Services, Counseling Services, and Health Services. She received her undergraduate degree from Michigan State and her M.Ed. in counseling from the University of North Florida. In her personal time, she enjoys reading, fitness activities, traveling, and the company of friends and family.

Dr. Andrea Adams-Manning (a.k.a. Dr. Dre), is originally from Michigan and has resided in Jacksonville since 2011. She has her bachelor's in Secondary Education from Saginaw Valley State University, her Master's in Education with a concentration in College Student Affairs Leadership from Grand Valley State University, and her Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of North Florida.
Dr. Dre has 19-plus years of experience working with college students while serving as a Dean of Students, Assistant Dean, Ombudsman, Conduct Officer, Residence Life Coordinator, Adjunct Professor, and Advisor for student organizations. She joined the Flagler College community to work directly with those students who need assistance the most by serving as our Director of Case Management, Education & Outreach.
In her personal time, she likes to cycle, paddleboard, lift weights, go to concerts, and stream some good shows.

Amanda Elyse Bleak currently serves as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the Flagler College Counseling Center. She joins us from Flagler Hospital, where she passionately served patients in crisis in the Emergency Department and Behavioral Health Unit. Prior to that, she had over a decade of experience working with individuals and families with an array of mental health challenges, as well as sexual abuse survivors.
Amanda earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida, and her Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach, Florida. She is licensed to practice in the state of Florida.
Amanda specializes in trauma and uses evidence-based practices, including Eye Movement Desensitization Movement (EMDR), and is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate her clients to work toward healing and closure.
Other areas of interest and expertise include anxiety & depression, family dynamics and boundaries, including biological, blended & adopted, ADHD, self-harm, Baker Act & Marchman Act processes.

Liz Overpeck is a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida. She obtained her master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary, and she earned her bachelor of science degree in psychology from Florida State University.
Liz has five years of therapy experience in a variety of treatment contexts, including the educational system (K-12 and university), private practice, community-based mental health, and outpatient substance abuse treatment.
Liz specializes in the treatment of anxiety, with a particular interest in the treatment of social anxiety disorder. She is pursuing an advanced certification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from the Cleveland Center for Cognitive Therapy.
Liz is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). In addition to CBT, Liz often uses Solutions Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. Liz offers her clients a healthy balance of acceptance and empathy paired with therapeutic challenges toward growth. She finds it deeply meaningful to support clients toward well-being, relational healing, and empowerment.

Elizabeth Newsom is currently pursuing a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Jacksonville University. She earned her bachelor of arts degree in Psychology from Flagler College. In addition, Elizabeth is currently pursuing a Play Therapy Certification from Jacksonville University.
Elizabeth has experience working with domestic violence and sexual abuse survivors in a crisis center, as well as working with clients with disabilities and autism spectrum disorder. Other areas of expertise and interest include anxiety, depression, sexuality, trauma, and substance use. Elizabeth focuses on implementing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy to create a healing environment and assist clients in achieving their goals

Holly has worked at Flagler College Health Services for more than 25 years. During that time, she went back to school to gain her advanced degree to better serve the students of Flagler. Holly received her registered nurse credentials from Florida State College, her undergraduate degree from Florida State University, and her master's from the University of South Alabama, where she obtained her Family Nurse Practitioner credentials.
Holly loves working with the student population and finds satisfaction in educating students about prevention and good choices, treating anxiety, depression, women's health, and minor illnesses.
In her free time, Holly enjoys fitness, yoga, her grown children, grandchildren, and travel.

Eleanor has worked as a registered nurse for more than 30 years. She earned her associate degree in nursing from Montgomery College, then went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Jacksonville University. Additionally, Eleanor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Wheeling Jesuit University.
Throughout her nursing career, Eleanor has devoted herself to educating, promoting health, enhancing safety, and improving outpatient care. Eleanor is committed to providing patients with compassionate and quality care. In her free time, Eleanor enjoys walking, boating, and spending time with her family. Eleanor also enjoys traveling to enhance her global perspective.

Drusilla(Dru) is a native of Birmingham, Ala, and she and her husband have lived in St Augustine for 17 yrs. Dru has a BS in Criminal Justice and a Master Certification in Holistic Medicine.
Her passions are creating and compounding alternative remedies and recipes, exercising, swimming, traveling, reading, and dancing. Dru has worked in the Medical Field as an Office Manager/Admin Assistant for more than 10 years.
