Mary has dedicated over 30 years to Flagler College, serving in various roles within the student affairs division such as Director of Student Activities, Assistant Dean of Students, Associate Dean of Counseling & Residence Life, and Director of Case Management/CARE Team Coordinator.
Currently, she supervises Counseling Services, Health Services, the CARE Team, Case Management, and Wellness Education and Outreach Services. Mary earned her undergraduate degree from Michigan State and her M.Ed. in counseling from the University of North Florida. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, fitness activities, traveling, and the company of friends and family.

Amanda Elyse Bleak currently serves as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Director of the Flagler College Counseling Center. She joined us from UF Health St. Johns, formerly Flagler Hospital, where she passionately served patients in crisis in the Emergency Department and Behavioral Health Unit. Prior to that, she has over 15 years of experience working with individuals and families with an array of mental health challenges, as well as sexual abuse survivors.
Amanda specializes in trauma while utilizing evidence-based practices, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and is certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Other areas of interest and expertise include anxiety & depression, blended family dynamics, ADHD, self-harm & suicidal ideation, spirituality, Borderline Personality Disorder, Baker Act & Marchman Act processes.
Amanda earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida and her Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach, Florida. She is licensed to practice in the state of Florida. She is a Qualified Supervisor for registered interns seeking licensure and oversees the counseling center’s undergraduate internship program. She is grateful to support and train the next generation of therapists while facilitating her clients to work towards healing and closure.

Holly has worked at Flagler College Health Services for more than 25 years. During that time, she went back to school to gain her advanced degree to better serve the students of Flagler. Holly received her registered nurse credentials from Florida State College, her undergraduate degree from Florida State University, and her master's from the University of South Alabama, where she obtained her Family Nurse Practitioner credentials.
Holly loves working with the student population and finds satisfaction in educating students about prevention and good choices, treating anxiety, depression, women's health, and minor illnesses.
In her free time, Holly enjoys fitness, yoga, her grown children, grandchildren, and travel.

Eleanor has worked as a registered nurse for more than 30 years. She earned her associate degree in nursing from Montgomery College, then went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Jacksonville University. Additionally, Eleanor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Wheeling Jesuit University.
Throughout her nursing career, Eleanor has devoted herself to educating, promoting health, enhancing safety, and improving outpatient care. Eleanor is committed to providing patients with compassionate and quality care. In her free time, Eleanor enjoys walking, boating, and spending time with her family. Eleanor also enjoys traveling to enhance her global perspective.

Drusilla(Dru) is a native of Birmingham, Ala, and she and her husband have lived in St Augustine for 17 yrs. Dru has a BS in Criminal Justice and a Master Certification in Holistic Medicine.
Her passions are creating and compounding alternative remedies and recipes, exercising, swimming, traveling, reading, and dancing. Dru has worked in the Medical Field as an Office Manager/Admin Assistant for more than 10 years.

Gabi is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). She received a master's in science in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Flagler College. Prior to working at Flagler College’s Counseling Center, she worked at Wekiva Springs Center and UF Health St. Johns (Flagler Hospital) serving high-acuity psychiatric populations in inpatient behavioral health units and partial hospitalization/intensive outpatient programs.
Gabi has a passion for working with individuals with obsessive compulsive disorder and related disorders, along with anxiety and mood disorders. She is currently working towards being trained in EMDR therapy to better serve individuals with a history of trauma. Gabi enjoys utilizing Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) within her therapeutic sessions.

Rachael Clark has her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Flagler College and her Master’s in Student Affairs Administration in Higher Education from Ball State University. She has over ten years of experience working with college students while serving in residence life, student conduct, Title IX, academic advising, and with Care Team. Rachael enjoys working with college students to find or cultivate success, purpose, and meaning in their lives. She re-joined the Flagler community to work directly with those students who need assistance most by serving as our Director of Case Management Outreach and Education.
In her personal time, she likes spending time with her family, kayaking, listening to music, going to professional soccer games, and traveling.

Rob Goetsch is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in the state of Florida. He has a B.S. from Southeastern University and a M.S. in Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. He is joining Flagler College after working for UF Health Flagler Hospital for 3 years in the behavioral health department. He is dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges and achieve personal growth.
He specializes in substance use, trauma, and interpersonal relationship issues, offering a supportive and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their feelings and develop effective coping strategies. Other areas of interest include anxiety, depression, communication, boundaries, and self-harm. His approach is rooted in evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused therapy, tailored to meet each client's unique needs. He is committed to fostering a therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and confidentiality.
