Meal Plan Policy
All New Students (Freshman and Transfers) - the unlimited meal plan is required for anyone living on campus for their first academic calendar year.
Returning students, living on and off-campus- you will have the option to select from three Meal Plan levels.
All full-time undergraduate students enrolled for 12 or more credits, including international students, are required to have adequate health insurance coverage while attending the College.
Flagler College will charge all students an initial health insurance fee in the first semester of attendance. You are expected to provide adequate proof of alternate coverage to waive the required fee.

A mandatory activity fee of $100 a year on all student accounts.
This one-time, mandatory, non-refundable $100 fee covers special services and programs for new students, including fall and spring welcoming activities, information packets, and other materials provided to new students.
During your Flagler experience, a limited number of fees may be charged to your account. However, not all fees are necessarily applicable to your experience. Added costs are assessed and payable upon receipt.

The graduation fee is a one-time, non-refundable fee that is added to each student’s account when they apply to graduate. This is a comprehensive fee, paid when the student applies, regardless of whether they intend to participate in the commencement ceremony. The fee helps offset the cost of the diploma and cover, and all production costs for both in-person and virtual ceremonies. The fee also supports administrative costs incurred during the degree application and review process, as well as the actual ceremony, including staff support from Office of the Registrar, Student Accounts, Special Events, and Academic Affairs.
