Kelly Toaston

Kelly Toaston serves as a member of the President’s Cabinet. She provides overall strategic leadership to the college for Human Resources, including but not limited to recruiting, employee engagement, benefits, compensation, learning and development, employee relations, and institutional equity and compliance; oversees all people-related policies and procedures and ensures that all HR programs are consistently administered, aligned with institutional goals and are in compliance with professional standards, state and federal regulatory requirements and employment laws. Works closely with and coaches the President’s Cabinet to ensure alignment with the overall mission and strategy. Develops and improves recruiting and retention practices while continuing to focus on succession planning strategies and implementation. Oversees and ensures rewards programs are comprehensive, competitive, and aligned with the college's strategic plan.
