Professional Profile
Charles earned his Ph.D. in Management from The University of Alabama and teaches courses in business strategy, operations management, leadership, organizational behavior, communication, and innovation. He has published research in Journal of Education for Business, Journal of Management, Journal of Personality, Journal of Behavioral and Applied Management, Academy of Management Learning and Education, and Business History. He lives in St. Augustine and likes to go sailing in his free time.
