Carice Schuster

Carice Schuster has dedicated her professional career to creating meaningful experiences. These experiences have strengthened relationships between Flagler College and its students, alumni, donors, and community partners. Her passion for hospitality, thoughtful event design, and relationship building has made her an integral member of the College community.

Throughout her time at Flagler, Carice has helped plan and execute many of the institution's most significant celebrations and fundraising initiatives. She enjoys collaborating with colleagues across campus and the community while developing events that leave lasting impressions and further the College's mission.

As Director of Special Events, Carice leads the planning of the College's premier donor and presidential events, including the Annual Donor Dinner, St. Augustine Spanish Food & Wine Festival, President's Golf Classic, Crimson & Gold, Board of Trustees events, campaign celebrations, and other institutional programs that support philanthropy and community engagement.

Carice is a graduate of The University of Alabama, where she earned her bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management.

Outside of work, Carice enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, exploring St. Augustine, and creating opportunities to gather friends and family around the table.
