Allen Barclay

Department Chair and Associate Professor of Management

Professional Profile

Professor Barclay earned his Ph.D. in Organizational Performance and Change from Colorado State University; and his M.Ed. and B.S. in Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota. His primary areas of interest are Human Resource Management, Strategic Management, Leadership, and Organizational Development. In addition to his academic service, he has worked as a Training Development Coordinator for the University of Minnesota, and is a veteran of the US Coast Guard.
