More often they’re found at local preschools where they’re gaining real-world experience while serving as a resource for students and teachers. Flagler Staff Spotlight: Donn Garby Donn Garby, assistant director of housing operations, joined the Student Affairs department in the fall of 2021. Garby is a Class of 2016 Flagler alumnus who served as SGA President during his time here. He was also the Assistant Program Director for the Campus Activities Board, Founder of the U.S. Military Veterans Club on campus, and an ambassador in the Office of Admissions among numerous other extracurricular positions held. Following his time at Flagler, Garby earned his master's degree in higher education/ higher education administration at Old Dominion University. Garby then earned his Doctor of Philosophy in higher education/ higher education administration from Rowan University.
