Jefferey Spivey, ’05, is a St. Louis-based author, poet and journalist who is currently editor at Northstar Publishing. He won the 2023 Iron Horse Book Prize and was named runner-up for Poets & Writers’ 2023 Maureen Egen Writers Exchange Award.

After several years of research and planning, Flagler College has approved a new Biology major that will launch this fall and bring one of the most popular majors to campus.

Between April 3 and 4, 2,062 donors contributed to Flagler College's sixth annual Roar and Raise Giving Challenge, raising a recordbreaking $1,557,589 in support of the College's people, programs, and places.
