Apply for Accommodations
There are two steps in applying for disability accommodations at Flagler College:
- Complete the Disability Resource Intake Form
- Provide supporting documentation regarding your disability. See the documentation forms and links below to assist you.
Confidentiality
The DRC at Flagler will not release any information without the student’s informed written consent or under compulsion of legal process. Information will be released only on a “need to know” basis, except where otherwise required by law.
