Women of Vision

Mission & Vision

The mission of the Women of Vision (WOV) is to create a supportive community of women driven by fellowship and philanthropy. To that end, the WOV provides scholarships, mentorship and professional development to students at Flagler College while also investing in our members through ongoing education and networking.

Our vision is to connect, inspire and empower students to realize their full leadership potential. Driven by our belief that paying it forward is a way of life, we seek to cultivate a circle of successful people bonded to Flagler College and dedicated to supporting one another across generations.

Power of the Purse®

Power of the Purse® is the signature fundraising event for the Women of Vision of Flagler College, with 100% of the proceeds invested in scholarships and educational opportunities for students with significant financial need. Over the past ten years, the Women of Vision Advisory Board has bestowed 120 scholarships to deserving young students.

We are excited to kick off this year’s festivities with a Parisian-style marketplace afternoon featuring butler-passed hors d’oeuvres upon arrival, a thoughtfully curated silent auction showcasing designer handbags, luggage, and fashion accessories, immersive experiences, and a delicious plated luncheon in the Grand Dining Hall. The program will also feature a live auction and a heartfelt testimonial from a scholarship recipient, sharing the powerful, life-changing impact of this support.
