What Can I Do With a Major in Art History?

As an Art History Major at Flagler College, you'll prepare for careers in museums, galleries, and publishing or further graduate work.

As an Art History Major at Flagler College, you will get the opportunity to study and gain a deeper appreciation of the culturally diverse histories of art.

Art History majors learn to read and contribute to written critical analysis, while learning key figures, movements, terminology, and critical concepts. The Art History major aims to prepare students for careers in Art History—within museums, galleries, and publishing— as well as for terminal degrees in the field at the master's and doctoral levels.
