• Customer Service Counter: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-4:00 pm. Closed on weekends except for 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 19, 2023. (Move-In Weekend).
• Lobby: Self-Service (Parcel Lockers Only) Daily Access with Student ID Card 7:00 a.m. - 12:00 a.m.

Tips for Sending Mail

For important information about sending and receiving mail, see the Mailroom Mailroom Information Sheet.

Mail sent to you must have your name and the correct mailing address.

• Mail without a name will not be delivered but returned to the sender.
• Mail incorrectly addressed takes further steps to process; it may be delayed or returned to the sender.
• Use only 107 King St & your Campus Mail Number. Do not use your residence hall address.
• Mail or packages not picked up within 14 days may be returned to the sender or disposed of.
• Ensure packages are sent to your name AND your Campus Mail# (CM#). Sometimes students have the same name, and the CM# ensures it goes to the right person.

Packages

When a package arrives, you will receive an email notification with a barcode and instructions to pick it up from the parcel lockers in the lobby (7:00 a.m.- 12:00 a.m.) or the customer service desk (8:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.). You must bring your student ID to pick up mail and packages. 

Some items will not be in lockers and must be picked up at the desk during regular hours.

Early Arrival Packages

Items shipped and received before you arrive at Flagler College may be sent no sooner than Monday, Aug. 8, 2023, and will be stored in the mailroom for pickup on new students' move-in day, Aug. 19, 2023.

Off-Campus Students 

Students who don't live on campus don't have a campus mail number. Flagler College doesn't accept mail for off-campus students and will return it.

We asked a few Resident Advisors what questions new roommates should ask themselves and here is what they came up with:

1. What conditions do you need to sleep under? (a fan on/off? background noise? etc)
2. What do you use your room space for? (do you plan on doing schoolwork? etc)
3. How do you decompress at the end of the day? Week?
4. What chores do you hate doing? (this will help get the conversation about cleaning started and hopefully lead to a respectful division of labor)
5. Do you have an emotional support animal or any other kind of pet, including fish?
6. Do you frequently cook in your room, or do you eat out or go to Dhall (Ponce Dining Hall)? (talking about stored food, shared food, etc)
7. Do you use the overhead light or secondary sources of light? At certain hours?
8. What is your class schedule? How early will you be waking up/getting ready?
9. How do you want to communicate conflicts? (in person, texts, sticky notes, etc)
10. What is your nightly routine? Will you be coming in and out of the room late?
11. How do you feel about people coming over throughout the day? The night? Are weekends different?
12. Is there any medical information that I should know about?
